Word has it the new Sex Ed Curriculum for the Tempe High Schools will be available for the public to review in the next few weeks. We will have to keep an eye on the TUHSD website for updates.
I'm hearing the curriculum gurus really tore the Planned Parenthood Flash curriculum apart. Although the vote did not go our way in May, the administration seems to be approaching this controversy with a level head, realizing the tightrope it is walking both legally and in the court of public opinion.
I will post updates as I hear anything. We will really need to scour this new curriculum to see if it reflects the law and the community standards. Planned Parenthood and other districts sympathetic to PP will be watching to see what they can get away with. The Tempe Planned Parenthood has had to close its doors on Mondays, so they will be desperate for any opportunity to infiltrate the lives of our kids so they can win an award for surpassing their abortion quota.
